How quickly will someone get back to me? +
We respond to all inquiries within one business hour during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm). For urgent issues from existing managed IT clients, our 24/7 support line is available on Professional and Advanced plans.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract? +
No. Our standard managed IT agreements are month-to-month on the monthly billing plan. Annual plans receive the equivalent of two months free. There are no penalties for leaving after your agreed term.
What areas does WiseTech serve? +
We are based in Mississauga and provide on-site IT support across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding areas. Remote helpdesk support is available to clients anywhere in Ontario.
What is included in a free IT assessment? +
Our free assessment covers your current cybersecurity setup, backup and disaster recovery status, network security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace configuration, and patch management. You receive a clear report with prioritised recommendations — no sales pressure, no obligation to proceed.
How much do managed IT services cost? +
WiseTech's plans start at $99/user/month (Essential), $149/user/month (Professional), and $199/user/month (Advanced). All plans have a minimum of five users. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of two months per year. See full pricing →
